By accessing, booking, or using the services of Square-42 ("we", "our", "us"), you ("you", "your", "guest") agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Pricing & Taxes

All rates are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and fees. Prices may change without notice prior to confirmation. Confirmed reservations are guaranteed at the quoted rate.

1.2 Payments & Check-In/Check-Out

• Full payment is due at booking and is non-refundable.

• A government-issued ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Late check-outs are subject to additional charges and must be pre-approved.

1.3 Reservation Modifications & Cancellations

All reservations are final. Modifications may be permitted at our discretion and subject to availability. No refunds are provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

1.4 Occupancy & Minors

• Only registered guests may occupy rooms.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes full responsibility for their actions and safety.

  
  

1.5 Special Requests & Accessibility

Please notify us at booking if you require accessible accommodations or special arrangements. We do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

1.6 Parking

Parking availability and rates vary by location. Guests assume all responsibility for their vehicles and contents. No parking is available at our property.

1.7 Events & Noise Policy

Unauthorized gatherings, events, or excessive noise are prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund, and fines for damages or disruption.

1.8 Guest Conduct

Guests must follow all property rules. Any illegal, disruptive, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund and legal action if necessary.

1.9 Liability

Guests use facilities at their own risk. Square-42 is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by our proven negligence.

1.10 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

1.11 Termination of Use

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate stays for violations of these terms or any policy, without liability or refund.

1.12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Square-42 from claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the property.

1.13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.

2. SMS Terms & Conditions

The Terms of Service related to SMS communication must either be included in the privacy policy or be a stand-alone document. Note: If the customer has a Terms and Conditions page, this information should be included there, and not in the privacy policy.  The document must include the following:

The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.2- Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Square-42, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):
